RETURNS

​

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging and tags. Returns must be done within a 14 day period 
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Personalised items

  • discontinued items

  • sale items

2. Please ensure that you include your order number inside the package.

You will responsible for covering your own shipping costs so please ensure that you use suitable packaging as damaged items will not be accepted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage and if you are returning items over £50 we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service. We will not be responsible for any items lost in the post, customs or import duties for returns and exchanges.

Please note that all items must be unused and in the original condition that you received it in this includes all tags being attached and the original packaging.

 

Refunds:

Once we have received and reviewed the items, you will automatically receive an email informing you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

For approved refunds, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, This can take up to 7 working days

 

Sale Items and personalised items 

Sale items are not subject to refunds or exchanges, this includes any items that were purchased with discount codes or gift cards.

When you purchase from Kung Fu Equestrian you automatically agree to our refund policy. Please read before purchasing!

We manufacture and sell products of the highest quality, however occasionally there may be a manufacturing defect due to the technical nature of some of the products.

If you believe that your purchase is faulty please contact us with details of the issue, should there be a genuine defect we will exchange the product.

We cannot refund or replace items that have not been used and washed in accordance with our instructions. Items that have been purchased over 6 months ago cannot be refunded or replaced as this is deemed fair wear and tear.
